Important: The quality of 3D printed products is inherently limited by several factors beyond our control:

We commit to doing our best to produce high-quality prints, but we cannot guarantee that every print will be perfect. Minor imperfections such as layer lines, slight warping, support marks, or surface variations are normal and expected in 3D printing and do not constitute defects.

If you require more control over the printing process, higher precision, or specific quality requirements, we recommend requesting a Design Consultation before placing your order. Our consultation service allows us to review your file, discuss your requirements, and provide guidance to achieve the best possible results.

5. Filament and Product Sales

5.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

5.2 Inventory and Availability

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over $100. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
